The DarbyTech Hands-on Process Operator Skills Trainer platform includes tanks, electric motors, pumps, filters, strainers, exchangers, gauges, valves in 10 variations, steam traps, piping, flanges, gaskets, blinds, and orifice plates. Optional stair access to a deck level increases the plant-like learning environment's square footage to 450 square feet.
The Standard Unit comes with the Flange Gasket Demonstrator and Plant Safety Hose Demonstrator at either end, allowing process technology instructors to train students in a wide variety of operator-related hands-on activities across five different Learning Stations. The system is engineered to circulate water through multiple equipment elements in a closed loop, with manual control valves that students use to maintain levels among four tanks. |
