Our Demonstrator:
The DarbyTech Valve Application Demonstrator (VAD) is a hands-on skills demonstrator utilising 1-inch and– 1.5-inch valves of some of the most common types of valves used in the process industry. The DS 1370 VAD is designed to support our DS 1360 Hands-on Process Operator Skills Trainer (HPOST) and our Multi-level Separator Process Operator Skills Trainer (MSPOST). Valves Include:
There are two variations of our Valve Application Demonstrator to accommodate both budget and requirements. Valve Application Demonstrator is ideally suited for task-based timed activities. The Valve Application Demonstrator can be provided in 2 standard configurations. The standard configuration incorporates a mixture of 1-inch and 1.5-inch cutaway valves. Dimensions 28 inches wide (700mm), 60 inches long (1.52m), 66 inches high (1.68m). Weight 400lbs (180kg). The enhanced unit is larger and heavier. Dimensions: 28 inches wide (700mm), 86 inches long (2.2m), and 72 inches high (1.83m), and includes some larger 2” valve cutaways as well as a mixture of 1 and 1.5 inches. Weight 530lbs (240kg). |
